Mortgage Team Leader/Account Executive

SALARY: DRAW, COMMISSIONS, BONUSES, AND INCENTIVES PACKAGE
DIVISION: RETAIL MORTGAGE LENDING
LOCATION: WORK IN ANY OF THE STATES WE LEND IN
POSITION: FULL-TIME
STARTING DATE: IMMEDIATELY
PAYROLL: SEMI-MONTHLY

As a Mortgage Team Leader/Account Executive you will assemble a team of mortgage brokers by prospecting and strategizing within an assigned territory. You will serve as a mortgage expert who coaches and mentors his/her team of mortgage brokers and help them achieve their goals and meet company production goal. Successful Mortgage Team Leaders/Account Executives possess the talent to prospect for new brokers, expand their customer base, deepen and retain relationships, coach and mentor their entire team to uncover new business opportunities among both current and potential customers and drive the company’s profit.

Skills Required: Retail Executive, Cold Calling, and Book of Business, Management, Loan, Mortgage, and Relationship Building. Integrity is a must. Effective communication is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of direct Account Executive Experience or related business experience
• Financial Services experience with mortgage lending sales, knowledge of mortgage products and services, policies and procedures is preferred
• Strong customer focused individual with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Strong relationship management and sales prospecting skills are required      
• Ability to consistently achieve or exceed performance goals and effectively interact with and provide excellent service to customers
