Business Development Officer
SALARY: DRAW, COMMISSIONS, BONUSES, AND INCENTIVES PACKAGE

POSITION: FULL-TIME
STARTING DATE: IMMEDIATELY
PAYROLL: SEMI-MONTHLY
Primary Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for soliciting and targeting Banks for their refinance and purchase business portfolio retention, including their loan modification workout business portfolio. You will develop new client relationships, establish new account portfolios and maintain market awareness within an assigned territory. Establish business relationships for mortgage leads and referrals through various sources such as Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Brokerage Firms, Builders, Developers, Accountants, Lawyers, Investment Brokers, and Financial Advisors etc. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company performance goals. Manage existing account base to identify new sales opportunities and stay current on all aspects of accounts. Develop new business and promote the Euro International Mortgage name and services through various organizations by initiating sponsorship of business and charitable events. Play an active role in your territory by attending various business and charitable events. Meet with potential Bankers and Mortgage Lenders to discuss our services and loan programs. Responds to and resolves current client inquiries and problems. A successful Business Development officer masters the ability to communicate this information in a clear and professional manner to Banks and Mortgage Lenders. They establish a marketing account plan for each client.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Unwavering entrepreneurial spirit
- Financial Services experience with mortgage lending sales, knowledge of mortgage products and services, policies and procedures is preferred
- Strong relationship management and sales prospecting skills are required
- Ability to consistently achieve or exceed performance goals
- Strong relationship management
- Ability to effectively interact with and provide excellent service to customers
- Strong sense of urgency drive and highly ambitious
- People-oriented successful track record in previous/current field of employment
