Office Receptionist
SALARY:COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE+ BONUS
DIVISION: RETAIL MORTGAGE LENDING
LOCATION: BOCA RATON, FLORIDA
POSITION: FULL-TIME
STARTING DATE: IMMEDIATELY
PAYROLL: SEMI-MONTHLY
Are you people friendly? Having a good interpersonal skill is an absolute requirement to succeed in this role; you need to be customer-focused and details-oriented. You must have an excellent prioritization and time management skill, as well as been able to multitask.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- We require at least three years of secretarial experience
- Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly, warm, level-headed and composed
- Demonstrate excellent phone rapport
- Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environment
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction
- Good computer skills including MS Excel, Outlook and Word
